Joe Worth
Fuquay Varina Real Estate was founded by Joe Worth. After years in the business world, Joe answered the call and dedicated himself to real estate. His thought was, why not help people use sound business tactics in everyday real estate transactions?
After graduating Cum Laud with a Communications degree from Florida State University, Joe embarked on a career in broadcast journalism with ABC Sports. During his time with ABC Joe worked on production teams for Monday Night Football, College Football, and the PGA Tour.
After closing the broadcasting chapter, Joe spent six in marketing in sales in the pharmaceutical industry with Johnson & Johnson and Allergan. During his time with J&J Joe earned and MBA in Finance and Marketing at NYU's Stern School of business. The degree at Stern landed him an opportunity as a finalist for the 3rd season of The Apprentice.
After the Apprentice chapter Joe moved on to a career in Investment Banking with Roth Capital Partners in Newport Beach, CA. Covering the healthcare industry, Joe called on mutual and hedge fund accounts in Manhattan. It was during this time that Joe identified the problems with "high finance" and decided to move on to a rewarding career helping people. Always an active real estate investor, he decided to begin educating individuals on making sound financial decisions with respect to real estate purchases. That decision was made in 2006, and for Joe there has been no looking back.
With goals to re-shape the world of self directed IRA investing with respect to real estate, taking real estate marketing to a new level, creating a team of the best professionals in the industry, and educating every buyer and seller he works with, Joe has found his calling in founding Quail Point and Fuquay Varina Real Estate. Joe can be reached at 919-285-2675.
